These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CryptoTradeSignals (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

CryptoTradeSignals provides crypto market analytics, signals, Trap Scores, screeners, and related educational tools. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only and is not financial advice — see our Disclaimer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. The Service is not directed to anyone in a jurisdiction where its use would be unlawful.

3. Accounts

You can sign in with a one-time email magic link or with Google. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email/Google account and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Plans, trials & billing

• The Free tier is available at no cost.
• We may offer a 7-day Pro trial with no credit card required. When the trial ends, your account reverts to Free unless you choose to subscribe.
• Paid plans, when available, are billed as described at checkout. We will never charge you without your explicit consent, and you can cancel at any time from your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, resell, or redistribute our data or signals without permission;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, models, and branding, is owned by CryptoTradeSignals and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. No financial advice; assumption of risk

You acknowledge that trading is risky and that all decisions you make are your own. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CryptoTradeSignals is not liable for any trading losses or decisions made using the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoTradeSignals and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
