Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 31, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what data CryptoTradeSignals collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum needed to run the Service, and we never sell your personal data.
Information we collect
- Account data: your email address, and — if you sign in with Google — your name and profile photo, used to create and identify your account.
- Plan data: your plan and trial status (e.g. Free, Pro, trial dates), stored to deliver the right features.
- Usage data: basic, aggregated information such as the pages you visit and your watchlist, used to operate and improve the Service.
- We do not collect your exchange API keys, wallet credentials, or funds — the Service never takes custody.
How we use your information
- to create your account and provide the Service;
- to send you transactional emails (sign-in links, onboarding, and alerts you opt into);
- to maintain security and prevent abuse;
- to understand usage and improve the product.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in (your authentication session). We do not use them to sell your data. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time, but doing so will sign you out.
Service providers
We rely on trusted third parties to operate the Service, including Supabase (authentication and database), Netlify (hosting), and an email provider for transactional messages. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. Market data is retrieved from third-party data sources.
Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize your personal data, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To make a request, email contact@kindnesscommunityfoundation.com. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
Security
We use industry-standard measures (including encryption in transit and row-level security on your data) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
