Cryptotradesignals.ai is operated by KCF LLC, a California limited liability company. Our platform provides AI-generated crypto market signals for educational and informational purposes. We are not a financial advisor, broker, or investment company.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect the minimum information necessary to provide the service:

• Email address — required to create an account and send service-related communications
• IP country (inferred) — collected automatically by Supabase infrastructure to detect general region for compliance and fraud prevention; we do not store your full IP address
• Subscription plan — whether you are on the Free or Pro tier
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and session duration (via analytics tools, if enabled)

We do not collect: full name, phone number, payment card details (processed by Stripe directly), precise geolocation, or any biometric data.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• To create and manage your account
• To send service-related emails (account confirmations, password resets, signal alerts if subscribed)
• To improve and maintain the platform
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data for: targeted advertising, third-party data sales, or any automated decision-making that affects your legal rights.

4. DATA PROCESSORS & THIRD PARTIES

We use the following trusted sub-processors to deliver the service:

• Supabase Inc. — Database, authentication, and row-level security. Data stored in US-East-1 (AWS). Supabase Privacy Policy →

• Google Analytics (if enabled) — Anonymized usage analytics. You can opt out via browser extensions.

We do not share your personal data with any other third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

5. COOKIES & LOCAL STORAGE

We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Our authentication system (Supabase) stores a session token in your browser's local storage to keep you signed in. This token is essential for the service to function and cannot be disabled while you remain logged in.

You can clear this at any time by signing out or clearing your browser data.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will permanently remove your email and personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records.

Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics (no personal data) may be retained indefinitely for platform analytics.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion — Request deletion of your account and associated data

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our service is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
