1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using Cryptotradesignals.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KCF LLC, a California limited liability company.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Cryptotradesignals.ai provides AI-generated cryptocurrency market signals, trap detection scores, and educational content about institutional trading patterns. The Service is offered in two tiers:
- Free Tier — Access to signals for up to 5 cryptocurrencies, basic Trap Scores
- Pro Tier ($19/month) — Access to signals for 100+ cryptocurrencies, full Trap Scores, advanced analytics, and priority features
3. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE — EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY
All content, signals, scores, and data provided by the Service are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute:
- Financial advice or investment recommendations
- An offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument
- A guarantee of any particular investment outcome or profit
- Tax, legal, or accounting advice
Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of signals does not guarantee future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
KCF LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, or financial planners. The signals and scores provided are algorithmic outputs and should not be the sole basis for any trading decision.
4. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
Billing: Pro subscriptions are billed at $19 USD per month. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain Pro access until that date.
Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscribers. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first Pro payment, contact us at support@cryptotradesignals.ai for a full refund. After 30 days, all charges are non-refundable.
Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers via email.
5. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, or redistribute signals or Pro tier access to others
- Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download signal data
- Impersonate Cryptotradesignals.ai or represent our signals as your own proprietary research
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable financial regulations
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying algorithms
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Service — including signal algorithms, Trap Scores, brand assets, UI design, and written content — is the intellectual property of KCF LLC and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KCF LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific signal or score will be accurate.
9. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. KCF LLC will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted in California. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
11. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email (for registered users) and by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
